Tanya has been a well known and highly respected local for over 20 years, born in Coffs Harbour and relocated to spend 17 years on a 5000 acre property near Armidale, Tanya has more knowledge regarding rural property than most agents on the Coffs Coast put together. Her ability to sell homes is outstanding just from the rapport she creates with buyers. Tanya's business ethics over the years has shown many that she will not settle for anything less than 110%, combine that with her eye for detailed listening and understanding skills and you can be guaranteed that you will obtain the service you are asking for.

Kelly Frewen

Kelly was born and breed in Sydney gaining her initial real estate experience. Kelly made the Seachange to Coffs over 10 years ago to be closer to family, residing at Corindi Beach. Since buying real estate in Nana Glen, Kelly has gained a very vast local coastal and hinterland knowledge.

Working as a personal assistant to the Managing Director of an International Co helped to define her attention to detail and ability to negotiate proficiently. Then returning to the real estate market over the last couple of years has brought her back up to speed with the local market: Priding herself with an upfront, honest, down to earth attitude.

Katrina Serdiuk

James Sturch

Born and breed in London England James has chosen beautiful Coffs Harbour to relocate to with his family. From running his own construction company in the UK he has development a great depth of knowledge of property development as well as ability in being able to spot development opportunities and property trends.

Prior to running his own business in England James worked within the property industry both as an agent as well as working directly with investors looking for development projects. James is an award winning designer as well as degree qualified in Industrial Design, his company was endorsed by the UK governments ‘Trust mark Scheme’ as a seal of approval. He was also accepted by the AECB (Association of the Environmentally Conscious Building) and was approved for membership into ‘The Guild of Master Craftsmen’ he has depth of knowledge of construction and is also a UK qualified electrical contractor.

Since emigrating to the Coffs Coast James has become qualified to be able to work within the real estate industry where he sees huge growth potential for the local economy.

He has a positive and honest attitude and is a straight talker. He believes in a direct approach to facilitating property sales and will endeavour to assist wherever possible.

Mandy Carle

Mandy was born & raised in Sydney’s southern suburbs and this is where Mandy gained her experience & knowledge of the property market. Starting in 1999, Mandy took part in numerous dealings with properties in her role as a Director in a Property Investment company. In this role Mandy had dealings with all aspects of purchasing, selling & leasing property.

Since moving to the Mid-North Coast 5 years ago, Mandy has been focused on Customer Service & believes there is nothing more important than delivering the highest standard to all our clients. Just recently completing her Certificate of Registration Mandy has come in with a passion for Real Estate & Customer care that will benefit everyone.
